Vtg Ladies  Blue Netting Fascinator Veil, Hat/Hair Netting, Skullcap Veil.   No name on plastic holder; just has Pat Pend.  No cracks in plastic holder.  Blue netting has  blue leaves
as well as blue bow on top.  I have other colors available I have black, mint green, and light blue and ivory.  No holes noted in netting. Please see photos.  Selling as is.
