Vtg Boy Scout Merit Badge Sash 1930's - 1940's 25 merit & 2 Rank Badges

Description

This came from a collectors estate I think it is from the 30's or 40's based on color and type of merit badges it looks like they have been cut out of the square badges rather than a crimped style. The information I found was very vague so if you can determine from photos I would appreciate any information. I never try to deceive anyone and will make changes to keep my listing as accurate as I can.
This is a light tan in color and the merit badges inside are same color
