    Description

    Incredible 90's sequin newsboy cap by Halsey Fashion! This hat is in excellent pre-owned vintage condition! All sequins appear to be intact and secure, there are no stains, rips, holes, or other noted flaws!
    This cap has been carefully cared for, stored in a bag with tissue paper holding it's shape. The sequins used are a rainbow of colors - yellows, oranges/reds, pinks, greens, blues, and teals! On top of each sequin is a tiny clear bead. This hat is perfect for costume or simply an amazing statement piece! Sure to grab attention!
    The inside lining is black and the tag states 100% cotton. The lining is in excellent condition, as well. One size fits most with a stretchy band!
