    Creamy white with red rosebuds and red velvet trim and bow! A darling 40s tilt topper! Made of natural cello (not plastic!) By Evelyn Varon Model, a french milliner. Excellent condition. Size 22, though this is a tilt so it perches atop the head. Hat pin included!
