Vintage Women's Hat
This Timeless Traditional Hat has a Turned up Wide Brim.
Not sure the material but it is woven and has wonderful texture.
It is Navy Blue in color with a Wide Ribbon Band.
In Good Vintage Condition. Does have some slight wear due to age and use.
Measurements are approximate
4" tall x 2" wide brim x 21" around
