Vintage Silky Flags of 109 Countries - Wood Mantle Shelf Display Congressman

Up for your consideration is this interesting and impressive piece.  I was told by the dealer who sold it that it came from the office of a California congressman but I have no idea if that is true or not.  It seems like an item that most definitely could have come from a place like that.  It is much more impressive in person then in the pictures.  The stand for all the flags is wood (nicely made) and measures 31 1/4" x 7" x 3 1/2".  That does not include the width when the flags are in it.  With the flags it measures 40" or so.  There are 109 flags in it.  One flag is missing the point of the pole.  There are a few spots for more flags.  Most of the flags have little pieces of paper stuck to the base that tells the country the flag represents.  A couple flags are faded a bit but most are in good shape.  They feel like they are made of silk or a material kind of like that.  This is definitely a vintage piece!

*I pack items very well and everything has a tracking number.  Once I mail an item I can't be held responsible for what happens to the package. If it gets lost, damaged or stolen then I will do all I can to get the claim filed, etc....however I can't control what happens after I mail it.  With this said I will work with the buyer to help in any way I can.
