Vintage Original Whittall & Shon Stunning Metallic Silver/Black Hat w/ Free Belt. Hat has a fabulous pattern with black and silver sequins, rhinestones and rosettes as well as a lovely two-tone black and silver bow with a decorative rhinestone brooch. Pre-worn but in Excellent condition with beautiful workmanship.100% polyester exclusive of trim. Size is 22.5"/ 7.25" and adjustable. Measurements are 15" x 5.5" overall. Made in the USA with imported materials. RN# 72242, UCC# 720450....High quality, beautiful workmanship. The belt was handmade to coordinate with the hat. It measures 36" x 2"...and is not adjustable. Black with rhinestone bedazzlement and a rhinestone pin as a "buckle".
