    Vintage Navy Blue Velvet 1950’s Betmar Wide Brim Pinwheel Hat 17 X 19. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    Super I-Magnin wide brimmed hat that perched on the back of the head. It fits me and I have a small head. This likely once had a band to help secure the perch of the hat.
    The crown is unstructured and there is a 2+ inch floppy edge to the wide brim.
    I think that edge is for coy peeking!!
    The hat is in very good used condition.
