A vintage felt hat with flower trim.  It's a light mint green color, my camera didn't pick up the color in some of the photos but the third photo shows the true color.  There's a Miss Jo Ann label and the hat measures 21 1/2" around the inside opening.  The hat is in excellent vintage condition EXCEPT there's one tiny moth bite on the crown.
