Vintage Lee Bury Dallas women's hat.  Blue/yellow/cream/pink ribbon and clear sequin detailing.  Vintage condition.  Hat may be missing a band that went along the front of the hat because there are some dried glue spots in that area that indicates something might have been applied there.  Hat has spots/discolorations on the inside and some of the ribbon/sequins are loose.  Please see photos for condition details.  Non-smoking home.
