Lovely Vintage Ladies Hat Headband

Burgundy Velvet Frame
with
Wonderful Millinery
of
Pink Ombre Velvet & "Silk" Flowers Buds
with
Pink Pearl Tipped Stamens.
There are rements of a previous veil left on the hat and  a
Burgundy Velvet Bow
is present in the back of the hat. This Hat Headband is absolutely
PRECIOUS
and Wonderfully Frames the Face!
This Beautiful Headband measures 10" ear to ear and 3.5" front to back.  It is in Excellent Vintage Condition.
