Vintage La Rose Hats New York Peacock Feather Round Pill Box Bumper Brim Hat
This vintage La Rose Hats New York peacock feather round pill box bumper brim hat dates from the 1950s. It is made of a black velvet fabric base underneath covered around the outer brim with iridescent green peacock and red feathers. This fabulous feather cocktail hat has a round pill box style with a rounded bumper brim edging and is fully lined in a black stiff net fabric, with a "La Rose Hats New York", "Richard Healy Co. Worcester", Union Made labels sewn inside. The hat measures 20 1/2 inches inside crown circumference. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable millinery art!
