    Georgi Hat in Navy with 3" brim and accented with wide grosgrain ribbon trimmed in white around hat and bow in the back.  All I can think of when I look at this hat is the one worn by Julia Roberts in the movie Pretty Woman when she is at the horse races only this one is navy!
