    Description

    A neat and scarce find, genuine vintage late 1930s to early 1940s French millinery snood veiling or hat netting.  A heavier weight so it hangs nicely, in a nice textured weave, black netting (cotton) with lovely black silk puffballs for added drama.  Excellent condition.   Add this to your own vintage Swing Era 1940s hat or make a snood to wear on its own.  Comes with a length of silk velvet narrow ribbon which you can lace through the ends if you wish.  Measures  20" wide when laid flat with the hands, and is  42" long.   Excellent.
