Vintage Femme Fatale 1940s Black Felt Halo Hat w Trailing Veils Jewel FISK

Description

A very Femme Fatale of a hat.  Vintage is early 1940s.  A crescent of half moon of black felt, trimmed with two cascades of black glossy coque feathers and a rhinestone jewel.  On each side is a long trailing millinery veil in a great larger pattern, that can be worn over the face or casually over the neck and shoulders.  Label is FISK Chicago.  True Film Noir drama!  NO RESERVE.
