Vintage Exquisite Variegated Net 1960s Lilac Floral Bucket Hat. Please note: vintage clothing is used clothing and sold as is. Downsizing a portion of my vintage clothing storage unit. Sweet and charming is this early 1960s finely detailed colorful bucket hat. Fashioned after the 1920s Cloche hats, but, with a MOD updated look. High end look for cocktail, evening or even weddings. Colors of variegated lilac, medium purple and pink. Fine lace netting is wrapped around sides and top of hat. Pale lilac velvet fabric trims around the brim. Brim slightly larger than top of hat, see photo. These types of high end colorful bucket hats are becoming very collectible, especially brightly colorful hats such as these are a rare find! Pretty floral brim adornment in lilacs, pinks, dark Cornflower purply/blue, variegated and pink fabric flowers. Inside thick lilac formed net brim. Lilac gross-grain ribbon trim at middle center inside hat, see photo. No maker or hat label. Hat measures 6" tall at back, 8" tall at front, 10" wide at center bottom opening of hat, 21" circumferance at Gross-grain ribbon where hat sits atop head. Hat is exquisite, and clean condition.
