    Description

    Vintage Lucila Mendez Exclusive New York Hat Deep Brown Cloche Style. Looks like velvet, but I believe it's wool.  Gorgeous rich brown with accent ribbon.  A couple of small areas of the fabric are missing the nap--minor imperfections (see last photo).  Looks like something a suffragette would have worn!
