Vintage Black feather fascinator hat with netting and hair clip

Fun and funky vintage black feather fascinator hat with netting and hair clip by Miss Sally Victor, New York. This fashionable little clip on would be a fun addition to a little black dress. The netting should be replaced as it has eater pulled loose or has tears/holes, I didn't want to handle it too much so that it could act as a guide for a replacement. As you can see there is a section to the left in the back that has some loss of feathers but imagine that wouldn't be noticeable when on. Sadly my mannequin doesn't have hair so it's more noticeable. Vintage 1960s.
