Vintage beige felt & black feather hat from Mary & Agnes Millinary, St. Paul

This hat was from a collection left to me by my parents, who collected all sorts of vintage items. I have no idea what decade it is from but if I could guess, I'd say 20s or 30s. But that is just a guess as I haven't had it appraised. The inside label reads Mary & Agnes Millinary, St. Paul. It has a professionally repaired feather which I will point out in my photos, but it is in good shape for its age. It seems to be for a small head. Great for period photos, theatre, costume, etc.
The felt part is actually a light page and not so white as the photos show. The best color is in the photo with measuring tape.

This hat is pretty unique in that it sits on the head like a headband. My mother and grandmother collected hats and kept them in boxes, so this one is in good shape considering its age. There are no smells at all and the only flaw is a repaired feather which I took a photo of but it is hardly discernible. The hat is truly unique and quite flambuoyant, as you will see in the two new photos (live model has a head circumference of 24", statue is 18" It is wired in the headband section. It has no large stains but it is obviously vintage. It's truly unique and quite a show-stopper.
