    Description

    Vintage 48 star American Flag 3x5 Gold Fringed With Pole Sleeve.
    My father got this flag in the late 1940’s-mid 1950’s. It has been stored folded (see picture) since the mid 1960’s. It is in very nice condition. It has no holes or rips but there are age spots and areas of discoloration on the white stripes. It has a pole sleeve with weighted top and bottom for nicer hanging. I believe the fabric is a heavy nylon but it is unlabeled so that is my best guess.
