    Vintage 40s Chanda Hat - Tipped Blue Straw Flower Hat Lined w Lush Purple Velvet
    - Hey Viv
    Special feature: This hat is made from woven blue straw, the brim is lined with dark purple velvet while the interior of the hat is lined with green lace.  White flowers and green leaves are placed across the hat and dotted with rhinestones.
    Side clips hold the hat in place.  One size fits most.
    Measurements: 6" across the top, 8" across the bottom from front to back
