    Description

    A striking vintage black velvet asymmetrical hat featuring white feathers around a small turned up brim. The brim extends to a downward sort of point on the right side. A large feathered “wing” is attached to the right side. Inside has a black grosgrain ribbon sweatband and is lined with a black silky fabric.  I am including a red tipped hat pin.
