Absolutely darling 1950s rainbow stripe hat.
Velvet finish.
It is darling but a couple things to note - one edge is rolled under and there are small spots/abrasions.
The rolled edge could maybe be straightened out and the spots are not super noticeable - but both conditions exist and should be noted.
Could be tilted sideways or perched more directly on top of the head.
20 inch inner circumference - not meant to sit close to the head.
