Victorian Antique Black Ostrich Feather Fanned Plumes Millinery Hat Trim
This antique Victorian era black ostrich feather fanned plumes millinery hat trim dates from the late 19th century. These fabulous black ostrich feather plumes have been layered together creating a large fanned out trim wired together along the bottom shaft. These antique millinery hat trimmings would have been used on an opulent grand hat. The feather trim measures 11 by 11 inches. It is in good condition, wired together and has some slight feather molting. This is truly a wonderful piece of antique Victoriana millinery ostrich feather art!
