Very Unique Vintage PAUL BENSAM Custom Designed flower and straw hat with velvet tie. Very beautiful. In good condition can be shape back to original if one wants too. I'm unsure of the decade but think its 40's or 50's. Hat shapes back up when on head Top of hat is decorated with fake flowers, a lot of them have velvet on them. The lower part of the hat looks, sounds and feels like its made of straw. The back of the hat is where the velvet piece is tied in a bow.
