    Description

    This hat is so cute and unique! It is a dark blue velvet with two wired loops on one side and then two protruding pompoms with a rhinestone accenting the hat beneath them. It is a very darling hat, made to fit on the side of the head like a fascinator. It measures 7 1/4" in diameter and is a bit over 2" tall, not including the pom poms. It is lined in red and does not have any labels on the inside. The inside opening diameter is 6 1/2" and would fit a small to medium, larger with hat pins. It is in excellent condition with no visible flaws or unpleasant smell. It is ready to wear or display.
