REDUCED PRICE 48 Star Flag, 9.5 x 5' Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot sewn stars

One vintage WWII 48 star United States flag ensign.  This is from the Philadelphia Quarter Master Depot.  It is 9.5 feet by 5 feet.  The stars and stripes are all sewn.  It has the heavy galvanized steel grommets (see the pictures)  It is in very good condition.  There are some soiled spots (see the photos) that might come clean by laundering, but I didn't want to undertake that.  From my research I have found that this could be a flag used for inclement weather, or it could be an internment burial casket flag.  It supposedly was flown over Leavenworth Prison, but I can't document that.
I see people on Ebay asking over 0 for these and then charging shipping on top of that.  This one now reduced to just 0.00 and I'll pay for the shipping.
