    Description

Bend longer lengths of PVC Pipe like never before.  Now you can up to 20' lengths of Schedule 40 or 80 PVC Pipe -
Bend 1-1/4" ID to 8" ID  with 'B20' PVC Bendit.  (Also available in 'A' Series for 1/2"ID and larger PVC pipe)
PVC Bendit is unlike any other PVC pipe heater-bender available, its revolutionary patent pending design heats PVC pipe from the inside allowing the pipe to soften quite uniformly.  For larger diameter pipes you need to know it takes time for the PVC pipe to heat.  So, if time is your friend you can use the PVC Bendit to bend large diameter PVC pipe.  1/2" heats to bend temperature in about 1.3 minutes while 6" takes +/- 75 minutes.
Once it heats to the necessary temperature above 210 degrees F., PVC pipe can be shaped/bent.  According to many of our customers this is the best tool available for heat bending Schedule 40-80 PVC Pipe in variable diameters from 1/2" to 8" and lengths 3ft up to 20' lengths.
You say bend 10-20' lengths... anyone who has used the other methods and then tries the PVC Bendit knows it's true...
We want you to stop worrying about the PVC heating process and focus on what you're actually creating.  We also want you to be able to do things your competitors can't even dream of.
Available in lengths three - five times long longer than competing products. Visit our Website at PVCBenditdotCom for detailed information and videos.   Note!
The A Series is available in 3, 6, 9 and 10 foot lengths while the B available in 3,6,9, 20 foot lengths.. Size A is for bending 1/2" ID pipe and up and size B is for bending 1-1/4 and up to 8 in ID.
    Fo
r bending larger diameter PVC pipe we suggest using "sleeves" (A sleeve is a length of flexible metal conduit.  We suggest placing them in the PVC Pipe around the PVC Bendit, which you would place in the center of the pipe.   Another method is to use plugs with one modified to allow air to be pumped through it into the pipe so it will keep its shape as your'e bending it.  Contact us with your questions.
It is necessary to use the provided BendStation(s) (coated fiberglass pipe insulation) and place it around your PVC pipe to keep the heat in the pipe while you are heating it.  You can purchase fiberglass pipe insulation from Grainger or HVAC suppliers in a diameter to fit around pipe larger than 2" or give us a call and we can help you find it
