original 1920s-30s Lois Joy flapper sequin and seed pearl headwear

Description

this is for an original 1920s-30s Lois Joy flapper head wear. or head piece it has sequins and maybe seed pearls. fairly decent condition  with some wear and a little dirty appears all sequins and seeds are intact and not missing anything. but some of the long glass beads on edges are missing. whitish - brownish felt backing single tip end little hard or stiff not sure what to call this or if last name is correct. see pictures thanks
