This is a vintage black velvet and sequin accented caplet / calot style hat that has original tag inside that reads, " Maxine Hats Union Made USA". The hat is worn on top of head and is a demi cap style that is one-size. The hat measures 7" (left to right) x 6 1/4" (front to back) and is 4 1/4" tall. This is a vintage pre-owned item in good clean condition.
