Description
You are bidding on a complete set of four Lithuanian 30-Kopeck Paper Lottery tickets, issued during 1961. These tickets have the following drawing dates:March 19, 1961
June 18, 1961
September 17, 1961
December 3, 1961
The front side of each ticket is printed in two colors. The color combinations are different for each ticket. The back sides are also printed in two colors—text is in black and the other color matches the main color on the front side of that ticket.
The ticket number and the serial number are printed in black ink on all tickets. The numbers comprising the ticket and serial numbers have an interesting design (see sample blowup picture), each containing miniature numerals of the same number—most probably an anti-counterfeiting technique.
The size of each ticket is approximately 7 cm x 12 cm, or 2 ¾ inches x 4 ¾ inches.
The text on each ticket is in both Lithuanian and Russian. Here is a translation of the text:

The winning lottery ticket holder can receive cash value in cash instead of the winning item
Winnings from lottery tickets are issued until June 30, 1962.”
