Lapel Pin Blue Flag with White Starburst Design Clutch Back Lapel Pin Tie Tack

For your consideration is this attractive
BLUE FLAG with a  WHITE STARBURST design
clutch back lapel pin or tie tack.
The lapel pin is made of silver colored metal with blue, white and gray colors.  The pin has a thick coat of clear acrylic atop its surface.  The pin measures approximately 5/8" long and 6/8" wide and has a single clutch back clasp.  I do not remember what this flag represents and/or where I acquired it from so I am unable to identify its origin.  Nevertheless, the lapel pin is an attractive piece with a beautiful design.
The pin is in very good condition as it
has never been worn
.  This pin has only been displayed on a framed board behind glass alongside hundreds of other lapel pins I've collected over the years.
This lapel pin displays exceptionally well and would be a welcomed addition to any police memorabilia and/or lapel pin collection.
