PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
These have been professionally cleaned, tested and restored to excellent condition by expert technicians. They come with everything you see pictured plus a blank 160GB sata hard drive and 2GB of RAM. The 160GB hard drive brand/model may vary between Western Digital and Segate, but will be IBM Fru. The hard drive has been wiped and tested so there is no OS image present, but they have Windows licence stickers on the bottom of each unit. The buyer is responsible for imaging and configuration of the drives along with any cost associated with licensing if applicable. Buyer also must ensure compatibility with software as we will not take returns for any of these related issues. These are in good shape shape, but condition will vary from unit to unit and exteriors may show some signs of light use.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We guarantee working hardware. We do not provide returns for software compatibility, imaging issues, or configuration issues. However, if unit arrives DOA (dead on arrival), we will provide an exchange. Buyer must notify seller within 7 days of receipt of any issues in order to be eligible for exchange and buyer is responsible for shipping defective unit back prior to shipping out replacement. All returned items will be inspected an tested. If damage is suspected or unit is found to be in good working order, the seller reserves the right to deny warranty exchange.
***PLEASE NOTE:
The hard drive has been wiped so there is no OS image present. The buyer is responsible for all imaging, driver updates, image licensing compliance, and any additional cost associated with licensing, if applicable. They have a license sticker Windows XP EMB. Installation of any other OS other than what these are licensed for will require the purchase of a new license and product key at the expense of the buyer.  We do not provide a product key, recovery disc, USB drive, or anything else to assist with imaging as the buyer is responsible for all aspects of this. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all license agreements set forth by Microsoft.
