It says to replace one cup of sugar with one and three quarter cups of erythritol, but I used it 1 to 1 in a cake recipe and it was fine. I don't like sickly sweet things. It doesn't seem to have the after taste of Splenda or stevia. It is zero calories. There are other erythritol products that do say they should be used 1 cup to 1 cup replacement for sugar, but that is because they already are mixed with sugar and are not zero calories.
