    Description

    Framed antique 13-Star Coarse Glazed Linen or hopsacking American Flag. The flag itself measures about: 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" and the partial staff is 4".  Made to celebrate our nation's centennial of independence in 1876, the flag has a medallion pattern canton that consists of a large center star, surrounded by a wreath of eight stars, with a flanking star in each corner. It is mounted in a black wood frame which measures about: 6-1/2" wide by 8-1/2" high by 1-3/8" deep. The Flag and Frame are in very good condition
