Electricity (Vertical Background) Merit Badge (Used) -
Type H, has clear plastic (No slogan) backing and was issued between 1972-2002.  This merit badge began in 1911 with the white arm/hand holding gold lightning bolts.  In 1964 the design changed to a muscular hand holding bolts with blue background, as it remains today.  This is the rare vertical stitched background produced for a short while!!   Very lightly-used condition as shown in the scan!  Shipping & Handling are Free within USA!
