Authentic Antique Silk Satin Velvety Top Hat by Cotrell & Leonard, 472 478 Broadway Albany, NY ~~this is a hard hat with leather band inside rim, and satin lining. exterior does show some wear as shown in photos. It is a hard, stiff hat that does not loose its shape when worn.
Measurement along inside rim is approx 22”. For reference I wear a medium woman hat and the fit is very slightly large on me. HOWEVER, there is no guarantee for fit.
