This
Sweet Antique Vintage "Tailored Hats Phipps" Ladies Hat
features a Light Blue Mesh Hat with Light Blue Velvet Trim. It is covered with
Wonderful Millinery of Ivory and Lavender Velvet Pansies with Red and White Tipped Stamens.
The
Hat
is adorned with
Lavender Purple Rhinestones
scattered on the hat. It features a couple of
"stand up" Pansies
on one side to accent the face (see pic #10). The
Lavender Purple Veil
is present but is in poor repair.
This Lovely Hat measures 10" ear to ear and 6" from front to back.  It is in Excellent Vintage Condition - other than the Veil.
