A very unique original late Edwardian to late teens lady's high fashion hat. Created with ivory straw that has the most unique twisted knot design; embellished with delightful small white Forget Me Not flowers and leaves along with a large ivory taffeta bow that is supported with stiff crinoline?. It is lined in lovely silk fabric with the milliner's name on the opposite side of the fabric closest to the inner hat. Designed to fit down over the It fits my head appropriately and I am size 22/23. I consider this incredible work of art, to be in excellent condition; no breaks in the straw, I have not found any flowers missing; only a very few very short slits in the ribbon.
