and has a Navy Blue Ribbon Tie to secure the hat
under the chin.

Precious
Hat
measures 10" from ear to ear and 8.5" front to back. It is in Very Good Vintage Condition - it might benefit from shaping and the ribbon does have fraying present (see pic #8).
