This auction is for STUNNING IMPECCABLE EDWARDIAN SUMMER BOATER HAT WITH A VEIL.  It is really lovely and came from my Auntie Lilly's Estate from her French Chateau.  It was in a box at the bottom of the trunk and very nicely preserved.  This hat would be so adorable paired with a white cotton  edwardian style dress and short brown tie up boots.  My Auntie Lillie collected everything from hats to jewelry to fine porcelains and antiques.  I loved visiting her at summer breaks and it is where I developed my love for antiques and collectibles.  She would take me on her flea market extravaganzas and we would buy wonderful treasures...This hat reminds me and takes me back to those easy breazy uncomplicated times of long ago.
