American Flag 49 Stars Vintage 1959

This is a vintage American flag with 49 stars placing its prodution year at 1959.  It appears and feels like cotton but uncertain.
Condition is as shown.  Many tears and some holes as shown.  Staining and aging as well.  Would most likely be desired by a historian rather than for usage.  It's really in poor condition.
Measures 23" X 15 1/4".
