20s Wide Brimmed Black Velvet Picture Fashion Hat w Ostrich Feathers Glass Beads

is made of very nice smooth black velvet. It is a very smooth and low tight nap to it. The ostrich feathers go completely around the entire wide brim and has a brooch buckle looking decoration made of black glass beads. The velvet pleats down to the buckle decoration. The ostrich feathers are in wonderful shape, there is a lot of feathers! It is not labeled. The brim is wired and very thick and there would be no way to fold it up. This is a high fashion style hat and the outfit it went to is a corset style black silk covered in beautiful lace and trim. The outfit is loaded with stays looks super uncomfortable but very fashionable. She was a larger women probably a 14 today and a 10 then.  I will list these fashions but you would be buying them just for the trims and what material you can get from them. The shoulders are deteriorated but the trim is stunning! The hat is 15" wide and the brim 4". The top hat parts stands 2"
There is some sort of small spot like the nap is standing up on it by the buckle. It is hard to see but I tried to show it in the pictures
