2 Black Velvet Velour 1920s 1930s Ladies Vintage Hats Cloche USA

Here are two beautiful original vintage hats probably from the 1920's, 1930's era. Both are black in color and made of genuine velour.
The first is a cloche style, measures 5 1/2" tall and is about 8 1/2" in diameter. The inside opening diameter is about 6 1/2" and would fit a size small to medium. It has a small grosgrain ribbon hatband and is covered in black netting of which has no rips or tears in it. The inside stamp reads "Genuine Velour Imported Fur." and there is a Union Made in the USA label in it. Brim could use a little reshaping to suit whoever will be wearing it.
The second hat is almost a skull style hat - also black velvet or velour and trimmed with a black velvet ribbon that is accented on the end/back with rhinestones. Hat is about 3 1/2" tall and is 8" in diameter. Has a size label that I think says '23', but the 3 is covered with a stitch, so I am not sure. Inside label reads "Lorraine's Hats of Fashion" and inside stamp reads "Merrimac Deluxe Velour."
Both are very beautiful hats with no condition issues, no unpleasant smell and are ready to wear or display.
