AN elegant little cocktail hat from the late 1950's.
Cocktail hats were small, dressy little hats meant to be worn indoors to cocktail parties, restaurants, etc.

Veil - yes - medium mesh, royal blue
Description - hairband style - small, close-fitting.  Designed like a huge bow w/layers of velvet & rayon acetate ribbon. Stiff hat frame.
Size - one size fits most - actual measurements - from end-to-end 11", width (at widest point) 3"
Condition - very good - no flaws.
