    Vintage hats are the greatest things!  Fun & flattering to wear, they also look beautiful as a display when they are not being worn.
    A 1950's cocktail hat made of black feathers. Trimmed on top w/a flat black velvet bow.
    Style - like a wide hairband-  close-fitting  - the feathers are attached to a black  mesh base.
