Description - the entire hat is covered w/mint green & white fabric flowers - the flowers even have tiny stamens w/pearlized tips.  The base of the crown is encircled w/a dark green ribbon - flat bow in front.  Brim is chartreuse.  Unlined.
Size - medium - actual measurements - circumference 22", brim 1"
