1940s tilt hat doll hat fascinator with iridescent plastic triangle bits

Description

Cute 1940s small hat with an avant garde wired strap that wraps around the left side of the head. It has a large arrow at the end which is covered in iridescent triangular plastic pieces (also found on the top of the hat). Black wool felt. A New York Creations hat. Good condition. I see a loose thread on the top where there may have been another plastic piece. Otherwise, in very good condition. It measures 8″ in diameter. The wired wrap piece is 7″ long.
