1920's Original Vintage Black Velvet and Satin Cloche Hat

Description

This hat is a combination of black velvet swirls over a satin base. There is a small turned up satin brim completing the look.  It measures 21" around the brim for a close fitting appearance. The label states Iris with a beautiful iris embroidery in turquoise and yellow.
See photos for minor rub marks on velvet. There is soiling on the forehead of the lining and at the back lining. Looks to be makeup.
